The MHPA 2026 Annual Conference takes place September 28-30, 2026 at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. We look forward to welcoming you to our in-person only conference!

REGISTRATION FEES

The MHPA26 Conference registration fees include admission to all conference sessions, exhibit hall, (2) breakfasts, (2) lunches, refreshment breaks, and conference receptions.

If you are not a member of MHPA, or a health plan organization, and your organization is not participating as an exhibitor, sponsor, or partner for MHPA25, you fall under the category of 'Industry Affiliates.'

Registration is online and payment must be made at the time of registration. Payments are processed through a secure server. Currently, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Registration confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours after registrations are processed.

Exhibitor registration will take place via the MHPA26 Exhibitor Management Portal which will open at a later date.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are fully refundable if cancelled by Monday, August 31, 2026. No refunds will be issued after August 31. Registration name substitutions will be permitted.
