Essential Information for Your Hotel Stay - FAQ

The MHPA24 Conference Hotel offers an exclusive rate of $239 per night for single or double occupancy, not including applicable taxes.

A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your hotel reservation.  Please note:  Each reservation must have a unique name on the reservation.

Guests are permitted to enjoy the special rates for up to three days before and after the conference, depending on room availability.

The hotel provides options for both self-parking and valet services to accommodate guests' parking needs.

Hotel parking is currently $55 for self-parking and $60 for valet parking, per night plus applicable tax.

The hotel allows flexible cancellations, with no charges if the reservation is canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. 

The deadline to book a room at the conference rate is Tuesday, August 20, 2024.  After this date, reservation requests will be accepted on a space available basis at the current available rate.
