A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk. The discounted room rate is $275 (single/double) plus applicable taxes and fees. MHPA’s negotiated room rate is available until the hotel block sells out or the published cut-off date, Friday, September 4, 2026, whichever comes first.

MHPA works with hotels and conference partners to bring you discounted hotel rates at the conference venue. Exclusive room discounts are negotiated to help you save money. By booking your stay in the contracted MHPA hotel room block, you help MHPA keep meeting costs as low as possible and you can extend networking opportunities beyond the session rooms with informal interactions in the venue spaces.

The discounted room rate is $275 (single/double) plus applicable taxes and fees when you book within the conference block.

A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be taken at the time of booking to guarantee your hotel reservation.

The deadline to book a room at the conference rate is Friday, September 4, 2026. After this date, reservation requests will be accepted on a space available basis at the current available rate.

Guests are permitted to enjoy the special rates for up to three days before and after the conference, depending on room availability.

You may cancel your reservation at no charge up to 48 hours prior to 11:59pm local time on the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, a one night’s room and tax will be charged.
